High Desert Realty is launching High Desert Commercial, a new division focused on investment sales, leasing, land, and multifamily. We’re seeking a Founding Director, an entrepreneurial broker ready to lead, produce, and help build this department from the ground up.
What You’ll Do
Represent clients in commercial transactions while building a portfolio of listings and buyers
Develop systems, playbooks, and a roadmap for the division’s growth
Collaborate with the residential office for referral opportunities and shared marketing reach
Recruit, mentor, and help grow a team of commercial brokers
What We’re Looking For
Oregon-licensed broker with commercial experience
Strong communicator with leadership potential
