Director of High Desert Commercial (Founding Role) — Bend, OR
Type: Full-Time
Location: Bend, Oregon (High Desert Realty Office)
Compensation: $40,000 – $60,000 annually (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Residential Real Estate Broker — Two Track System
Team Track → Structured training, mentorship, office-provided leads, and consistent in-office collaboration to accelerate your learning and production. You’ll benefit from a hands-on environment with built-in support so you can focus on developing your skills, building confidence, and closing deals.
Independent Track → High splits, flexible case-by-case contracts, and the ability to build your business your way. Access as much or as little support as you want — TC, marketing, calling/showing assistance, technology packages, mentorship, and more. All while benefiting from the reputation, history, and growing marketing presence of a respected local brand.
