High Desert Realty is launching High Desert Commercial, a dedicated division focused on investment sales, leasing, land, and multifamily. We’re looking for a founding Director to lead this effort, produce deals, and grow a team of professionals under your leadership.
This is an opportunity for someone entrepreneurial who wants to build something new while backed by the strength of an established brand. You’ll work your own book of business, receive referrals and inbound opportunities from our residential office, shape our playbooks, and recruit and mentor future brokers.
We’re seeking an experienced broker who is hardworking, people-savvy, and grounded — someone who communicates clearly, takes ownership, and values the client experience. You’ll have the support you need (transaction coordination, marketing, technology, office space, and market data platforms) plus high splits on self-sourced deals, clear splits on referrals, and growth upside tied to the team you help develop.

The Independent Track is designed for brokers who want autonomy without isolation.
Unlike many brokerages with rigid splits, caps, and fees, we’ll work with you to create a fair contract tailored to your business. Compensation is flexible and case-by-case, with high splits and flat-fee options. Our goal is simple: help you earn the money you deserve while building your business your way.
Support is always available when you want it:
